Eugenio Cordova, the Director of ISE, has a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language and Latin American Literature and another University degree of Engineer in International Business. He received his degree in Spanish Literature from the Universidad Central del Ecuador (1986-1991), with a final grade of 9.98/10, the best grade received in 20 years! During his 4 years at this University, Eugenio was the Student Body President of 15.000 students.
Eugenio achieved his Engineer in International Business degree at the Universidad del Pacífico (1998-2004); with a reputation as one of the best Universities in Ecuador it only accepts students with excellent grades at the high school level.
Throughout his academic career Eugenio also concentrated mainly issues concerning the development and betterment of teaching practices. It was while studying Spanish and Literature that he decided Quito, for its peoples clear dialect, would be the ideal place to learn Spanish and soon after opened the first ISE School.
Over the last 19years Eugenio has dedicated his time to his schools and students, following the progress of both to assure the continual success of ISE programs and their beneficiaries.

Soy Kathleen de Quebec - Canada. Estudié español en la escuela de Quito por 8 semanas. Mi experiencia fue estupenda. Los profesores trabajan con abnegación y empeño. Viajé también por dos semanas alrededor del Ecuador con mi profesora y fue provechoso. Vi muchos lugares y también aprendí mucho sobre las costumbres y tradiciones del Ecuador mientras estudiaba. La escuela es flexible y dinámica. Hay muchas actividades divertidas. Viví con una familia muy amable y agradable. Entonces por eso he aprendido muchísimo español. Al principio no pude hablar y ahora tengo confianza y puedo comunicarme mejor con la gente. ¡Misión cumplida! ¡Gracias por todo!
